All custom machines are required to provide information on dimensions, materials, production quantities and more. We will provide machine pictures, quotes, video operations and more.

During Sales: Machine test 24 hours before shipment.

After Sales: Warranty period (one year)

If there is a problem with the machine parts, if this is our problem, we can reissue the parts once. If there is a technical problem, we can provide you with technical guidance for video calls with technicians.
